I met with the Eagle Venture partner team in September, and the partners helped me brainstorm the idea of offering career pathways inside these manufacturing companies.

The timing was God’s timing. We took the ideas, brainstormed, and built them into our sales process and then went on over the next 90 days to close $2.2m in new ARR from 23 manufacturers representing 52 individual locations across the US.
